Beet Root Pancakes And Nutella Sandwich

No one ever said that a healthy and fullfilling breakfast in the morning is bad for health. And what is better than a dose of nutritious powerhouse, to kick start your day. So, on that note we are presenting two delectable combos just for your pleasure. Read on and find the recipes below.  



Buckwheat Beetroot Pancake with Berry Yoghurt




  • 25 gm Buckwheat flour 
  • 15 ml Olive oil       
  • 60 ml Water 
  • 2 gm Salt                  
  • 300 gm Beetroot 
  • 30 gm Onion 
  • 30 gm Garlic
  • 5 gm Hemp seeds
  • 5 gm Green chilli 
  • 5 gm Salt 
  • 150 gm Potato
  • 3 gm Orange jest 





For Buckwheat Crêpe 

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl. Heat the pan on medium heat. Spray some oil. Pour one ladle of batter on the pan. Turn the pancake in one minute to let it cook from the other side. 



For Beetroot Cake 

  1. Roast beetroot, green chillie, onion, garlic and potatoes together in the oven for 40minutes. 
  2. Mash them all together or grate them to get a different texture. Roast hemp seeds separately and blend. Make little cakes and cook them on pan. Serve hot. 



For Berry Yogurt 

  1. Salt the berries for a couple of days. Blend them and mix with hung yoghurt.

Fruit Nutella Sandwich and Mixed Berry Smoothie COMBO




For Fruit Nutella Sandwich 

  • 3 Slices Multigrain Bread
  • 1 unit Banana (Sliced)
  • 5 to 6 Slices Apple
  • 20 gm Nutella Spread
  • 10 gm Butter 


For Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 3 units Strawberry
  • 15 gm Blueberries
  • 30 gm Raspberries
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 200 ml Yoghurt
  • 3 to 4 Ice cubes (if required)




For Nutella Sandwich

  1. Apply the butter and Nutella spread to the bread slices. Place the banana slices on the base slice of bread. Top it up with another butter and Nutella spread applied bread slice. Place the apple slices on it. Top it up with one last Nutella and butter applied a slice of bread. Grill it in the griller till the bread forms a crust. 



For Berry Smoothie 

  1. Blend all the berries in the blender along with ice cubes. Add honey and yogurt and blend again. Pour it in the glass and serve chilled.
