Mix one or two teaspoons of raw and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and drink it for quick relief. It not only flushes out the toxins but also reinforces the gut health.

Fennel Seeds

This antispasmodic herb is a great choice to treat indigestion. Take ½ teaspoon of these seeds and soak it in the water for a few minutes. After that, boil it for about 10 minutes. Drink this fennel tea whenever you encounter indigestion. You can also simply chew some fennel seeds after meal if a particular food type is causing any disturbance in your stomach. This herb provides a comforting effect on the stomach and also aids towards bloating and the induced cramps in the stomach.

Baking Soda

This wonder constituent can quickly neutralise stomach acid, providing fast relief from indigestion, bloating and gastric problems caused post-eating. Simply take ½ teaspoon of baking soda, mix it with four ounces of warm water and drink! Sodium bicarbonate present in baking soda act as a great antacid that detoxifies the digestive system. But do not repeat this process for at least the next two hours as a large quantity of it can bring about some unwelcoming side effects with it.
