People who eat a healthy and balanced breakfast have shown an improvement in memory and attention. Also try to incorporate wholegrain, dairy and fruits more in your morning meal and avoid too much sugar and greasy stuff. 

3. One of the great brain boosters are proteins and the biggest source of protein is fish. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which is the key to a healthy brain. Many researchers have shown that a higher number of intake of this in the food really helps in lowering the chances of dementia. 

4. Nuts and chocolates are a great source of vitamin E and antioxidants which have shown the great result in lessening the chance of cognitive as you age. Dark chocolates also have powerful antioxidants that are supposed to have caffeine which helps in keeping a straight concentration. 

5. Every organ in the body depends upon a healthy body flow, especially the CPU of the body, heart and brain. A diet that is rich in whole grains and fruits like avocados are essential in preventing heart diseases and lower down the bad cholesterol. This reduces the building of free radicals and enhances the blood flew offering a nice way to fire up the brain cells.
